For the first time in two seasons, Christ Church was swept three games to zero in a Monday night series. St. Matthews was coming off a week where they themselves were swept. Christ Church's record fell to 5-7.
Game One went 14 innings. Christ Church had to tie the game up in the eighth, ninth and tenth innings before failing to match St. Matthews in the fourteenth, dropping Game One 7-6. Christ Church had a runner on with no outs six times and manged to drive the runner in only twice.
In Game Two, St. Matthews used a four run eighth inning to break open a 1-1 game. The final score was 5-2.
In Game Three, Christ Church took a 2-1 lead after two innings, but St. Matthews added two runs in the 3rd and 4th and single runs in the 8th and 9th for a 7-2 final score.
