Game Two saw Watkins take the lead with a four run fourth inning. Singles by Keith and Wendell were followed by a triple by Andrew and a HR by Dick. After failing to score for thirteen innings Bob Stone homered to make the score 4-1. In the seventh David singled and scored on a triple by Bob. But singles by Jerry Hinton in the fourth, sixth and eighth, and David and Dick Lutz in the ninth failed to produce any runs. Bob added a ninth inning HR for Watkins. A little of Christ Church's recent for returned in Game Three, Dick's second inning home run gave Christ Church its first lead of the night and a single-triple-single by David, Tom and Dick gave Christ Church a 3-0 lead. In the sixth Watkins sliced the lead to one as Gene reached on an error and Wendell homered. Tom Bennett's homer got one of those runs back in the bottom of the inning and got the other run back in the eighth on a single by David and a triple by Tom in the eighth, Mike Peak and Andy Coates added non-run scoring singles and Jerry added a single and triple.
