Christ Church used five multi-run innings to take all three games at Trinity Presbyterian Monday night.

Trinity took a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning of Game one on a home run by Tom.  David Stierle tripled for Christ Church's first hit of the game in the third but was left on base.  In the fourth, Andy Coates singled and Bob Stone doubled but they were stranded at second and third.  Maddie King got things started in the eighth by reaching on an error.  A triple (RBI) by David tied the game and a two out single (RBI) by Andy put Christ Church into the lead (multi-hit inning 1).  In the ninth Vince Richards added an insurance run with a home run.  Bob also doubled in the ninth but died at third.  The Final - Christ Church 3 - Trinity 1.

Trinity again scored first in Game Two.  This lead, in the first, also came on a home run by Tom.  After a lead off single by Dick Lutz in the first was wasted, in the fourth, Mike Thompson homered (2 RBI) after a single by Andy for a 2-1 Christ Church advantage (multi-hit inning 2).  An inning later a single (David), triple (Dick RBI), single (Andy RBI), and triple (Mike T RBI) plated three (multi-hit inning 3).  In the ninth, a triple by David and a single (RBI) by Dick closed the scoring.  Bob added an eighth inning double.  The Final - Christ Church 6 - Trinity 1.

Christ Church never trailed in Game Three.  Dick again led off the game with a single but died at first.  In the fourth a double by Mike T and a two out home run (2 RBI) by Bob opened the scoring (multi-hit inning 4).  Trinity responded with two runs of their own as Andrew singled and David homered.  Christ Church answered Trinity a half inning later.  Maddie, David (RBI), and Dick (RBI) doubled back to back to back and Andy homered (2 RBI) for a four run fifth (multi-hit inning 5).  In the sixth, Trinity cut the lead to one on an error from Steve, a triple from Andrew and David's second HR of the game.  In the seventh, Dick singled and Andy tripled (RBI) to stretch the lead back to two.  That added run proved to be crucial as David's third HR of the game left Trinity a run short.  Bob added non-run scoring singles in the sixth and eighth.  The Final - Christ Church 7 - Trinity 6.
