Immanuel used a single by Buzz, a double by Jared and a single by John to post the first run of the game in the top of the fourth inning in Game One. Andy Coates (in the second) and David Stierle (in the third) singled for the only two Christ Church hits through seven innings. Tom Bennett homered to tie the game in the eighth. In the ninth, Leah Bennett led off the inning with a triple. Two Outs later Dick Lutz delivered the game winning RBI single. The Final - Christ Church 2 - Immanuel 1.
Immanuel led all the way in Game Two. Singles by Buzz and David were followed by a triple by John for a 2-0 lead. In the bottom of the inning Leah singled and scored on a triole (RBI) by David. In the second, back to back doubles by Mark Nethary and Tom Bennett (RBI) tied the score. But Christ Church managed only two more hits in the game- a third inning single by Mike Peak and a ninth inning single by David. By the time of the ninth inning single Christ Church was down by three runs, Immanuel having scored single runs in the fifth (a triple by Zach and a single by Buzz), eighth (a home run by Adam) and ninth (a home run by Brandy). Immanuel scored first in Game Three. Third inning singles by Buzz and David and a double by Jared drove in one. Dick died at first after a second inning single. Christ Church took their second lead of the night in the bottom of the inning on a single (Bob Stone), triple (Mark - RBI) and single (Mike P - RBI). But the lead lasted only a half inning and Christ Church failed to score the rest of the way getting only two more singles, both by Mike P. Christ Church's lead lasted only four batters. An out; doubles by Adam and Brandy; and a triple by Zach in the fourth made the score 3-2 and was followed by a home run by John in the fifth; and a single by Buzz, a double by Jared and a two run triple by John.
